Role Summary – Analyst, Investments

As an Investments Analyst, you’ll be a critical contributor to Asana Partners’ acquisition and investment approach. You’ll collaborate with senior team contributors to source, examine, underwrite, and close investment opportunities throughout the U.S. Urban retail landscape.

This full-time position is based totally in Charlotte, NC, and includes a mixture of economic modeling, due diligence, market research, and strategic investment committee support.

Key responsibility

Investment analysis and endowment

• To evaluate potential investments, carry out economic modeling using Excel and Argus Enterprise.
• Analysis of core measurements including utilized and released IRR, stock culture and returns to capital.
• Prepare detailed economic estimates and landscape analysis.

Due Diligence & Transaction Support

• Abroad and coordinates the fixed cruise process for procurement.
• Arrange the website tour, review the essence of the lease and analyze the historical operating data.
• Work with third -party advisors, legal teams and internal stakeholders to stop even transactions.

Market research and trend analysis

• Research in the target markets macroeconomic and demographic trends.
• Use data -operated insight to support strategic investment decisions.

Reporting and Communication

• Drapes the Memorandum for high quality investment committee with clear, motivational analysis.
• Communicate findings and recommendations for senior management.

Cross function cooperation

• Support loan capital market and investment management team with budget, leasing decisions and tenant analysis.

Skills Required

• 0–2+ years of professional experience in real estate investment, capital market or asset management
• Financing, business, real estate, engineering, accounting or bachelor’s degree in the field related
• Advanced Excel modeling skills required
• Occupation in words, PowerPoint and Argus Enterprise (Favorite)
• Strong analytical and important thinking ability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High detail oriented, with a passion for providing top -level work
• Demonstrated the ability to work independently and complete tight time constraints
• Desire to travel sometimes for place visits or meetings.
